Protein drink that tastes awesome!

I discovered a protein drink that will ROCK your world ... if you like orange cream. Betty Lou's Low Glycemic protein shake. Gluten and sugar free with 20 g of protein and180 calories. It's definitely going to be hard to drink just one. My new go-to shake for sure!

Where are you getting this flavor of Protein drink and do you have to mix it?

The vitamin shoppe has the packets, and Amazon has packets and in bulk. You can mix with low fat or skim milk or water. It mixes really well, no lumps. I have a shaker cup with the stainless steel ball.

This has Stevia which is the only sweetener I can tolerate. I'm going to try this out.

Thanks for sharing. I was looking at them the other day because they have stevia. I had never heard anything about the brand but now I will definitely try them.

I had surgery April 23. I started the two week liquid diet on April 9. I weighed 274. As of today, I weigh 248. I am having a hard time getting my protein in. Everything made of powder taste nasty. I have tried Unjury and Isopure. The only thing I can drink is premier protein shakes. Any suggestions?
