Anybody have a labor job?

I have a job that is pretty labor intensive at times. How long after surgery till you felt close to %100? And did your job get easier as you lost weight? Pre-op diet stage now, hope to have surgery very soon. Thanks.

I don't have a labor intense job but I was cleared at 4 weeks to start gradually lifting heavier things. And by 6 weeks told I was cleared for whatever. I felt great at 2 weeks so I had to be very conscious about not lifting my child or anything over 10 lbs. and yes everything seems to get easier as the weight Comes off. Wish I did this surgery a long time ago!
