  1. 3 months to the day I started this I get to change my life. It's said a lot but in this case it is absolutely true. It's happening at Kaiser South in Sacramento CA. Excited and a little nervous.
  2. Nice to see people in Sacramento. I go in for my Psychology evaluation on 4/20 and I'm hoping I can get a surgery date. Fingers crossed. I'm doing the Kaiser program.
  3. Good luck with that. I keep getting these urges to eat foods I won't be able to eat anymore, specifically sweets. But seeing the success of others keeps me on track....most of the time. ????
  4. I'm getting closer to getting a surgery date, hopefully in May. Will meet with Surgeon on the 26th and hoping to get a date then. Looking for support in the area.
  5. I have a job that is pretty labor intensive at times. How long after surgery till you felt close to %100? And did your job get easier as you lost weight? Pre-op diet stage now, hope to have surgery very soon. Thanks.
