Gastric Sleever's how long did it take UHC to approve your surgery?

Hi! So my bariatric center is submitting my paperwork for approval to UHC today. The office told me that it can take up to 45 days to get an answer but typically its 2 weeks. How long did it take those who have UHC to get approved?!
