Lifting a 40 pound bag of dog food after losing 40 pounds

I bought a bag of dog food today that was the same amount of weight as what I have lost since surgery 9/22. It was great to have that kind of a tangible object in my arms to realize what I have lost. It made me that much more motivated to rev things up a bit.

crazy huh? I was just thinking about the same thing today!!! congrats on your progress.... you are almost there!!!

Isn't that awesome? I walk everywhere and I remember carrying just 10 lbs a mile, in the beginning. I walked totally different and I felt awful. When people say I've "only" lost so much weight...go to the store and carry your lost weight around. Reality check. Good for you!!!
