Hi, I have surgery scheduled for 25th March and would love to find some buddies/support to help me/us though this.

You are so close.... How is it going? Are you funded it yourself?

I feel ok actually... Not really nervous or anything, more worried about my mum looking after my kids for 2 nights :-) I hate this pre op diet tho! :-)

Yes am self funding. Luckily no kids to worry about. But feel like an ostrich.... Burying my head in the sand and hoping all will be ok

Lol, I feel like an ostrich too actually. I've not met anyone who has had the surgery, and I'm keeping it secret :-)

Yes I am also keeping it secret and am coming up with all excuses as to why I cannot go out for meals :-)
