In my pre op diet phase and having a hard time, thought it was time to make an account and start gaining more intel on what is to become of my life after this transformation through people who have already been through it! Surgery is next week on the 25th! If there is anyone out there with some words of encouragement it would be greatly appreciated!! So excited to begin a healthy lifestyle!

The pre-op diet is tough! Hang in there, though, it is for your own safety and well-being. You have some tough months ahead, no two ways about it. Between the pre-op diet, the post-op diet, and recovery, it is struggle for sure. But when you start feeling down or discouraged, remember that it gets SO MUCH BETTER. I swear it does. Be strong and persevere and you will come through the other side with no regrets.

Best wishes! Just follow your NUT's and doctor's advice and you'll do well.
