  1. I took my pills this morning like I do every morning and I have like a severe burning in my belly and am dry heaving! I tried eating some yogurt to cool my tummy down but it's not helping. Has this happened to any of y'all??
  2. I'm about to start eating soft foods, does it get easier to workout once you start eating? Right now I have barley any energy and get very fatigued after walking for about 30 mins
  3. I'm not sure I'm finishing up my 2 weeks liquids, I'm pretty sure soft foods and purée is close to the same thing. My nutritionist told me "puréed" just meant chewed really well.
  4. Ahhhh!!! I'm 5 days away from being able to eat! Well soft foods anyway, I am so hungry!! What are some MUST HAVES that I need on my grocery list! recipes are nice too! ????????????

  7. Surgery went great, the 2 days after surgery were so horrible for me I know some people had it easy but I was miserable mainly cause I couldn't drink anything. Now 4 days out I feel soooo much better still sore but I can walk around, TAKE SHOWERS! and drink. I sleep a lot, idk if it is the pain meds or from me only sleeping every 2 hours in the hospital. I'm very happy with how I'm feeling now (:
  8. Thank you so much! And yes dr Patel is awesome!!

If anyone has any tips or ideas for me it would be awesome to know! Im not too picky im so excited to eat some eggs lol!
  10. I'm currently having a cup of sleepy time tea, I can feel everything in my new belly! Warm liquids give me the strangest sensation!
  11. Today I'm feeling pretty good, limited movement but I'm getting around. I'm also so glad to be home, I slept like a baby last night and most of the morning! I can't wait to see more progress I have seen a little difference. Just excited for being able to engage in some physical activity (hopefully within the next few weeks)!
