Tired of the same old food...

Hello! I had my sleeve on December 26th so I'm six weeks out. I'm tired of eating the same old food. Anybody have any recipes they are willing to share? Or suggestions? TIA!

go to bariatriceating.com. good recipies, depending on how your doctor wants your diet you will need to be a bit careful but I figure as long as i do the Protein first at all meals, I am good.

There are also articles on this site regarding cooking, and cooking for one. PIntrest also has ideas and recipes. Lastly, I have found several items at Trader Joe's that work for me.

Happy eating.

"The World According to Egg Face" has a great blog and Pinterest site... you HAVE to check her out! I also find myself getting kind of bored and sometimes just adding something a little different to the usual is enough to change it up and feel like enough of a variety to break the boredom. For example, I've been eating either oatmeal or Greek yogurt for Breakfast with a scoop of Protein powder every ... Last week I added chopped pecans and a pinch of shredded coconut in my tropical fruit Greek yogurt and it was delish! I felt like I was eating desert for breakfast. Ended up having it every day haha! I'm also always scouring recipes and try to make something new every weekend... here's the one I did this weekend. It was amazing.. very light and yummy... will definitely make it again and put it in my usual rotation. Have fun trying new things!
