  11. I was sleeved 12/26 and started the process June 16th of last year. As of today I am 105 lbs lighter! Just wanted to share.
  12. @@ccausley I too am having issues with hair loss and I was sleeved on December 26th. It's scary... In addition to the multivitamin I'm also taking a hair skin and nail vitamin... Here's to hoping it works!
  13. Hello! I was sleeved 12/26 so I'm almost 3 months out although it feels like forever ago. I was scrolling through some old pictures and found one from 2.5 years ago... Probably close to the heaviest I've been. I started the process in June of last year at 369lbs. The day of surgery I was 330 and today I am 281. I'm not sure the last time I saw that weight but I am in total amazement that I am under 300! Heres the before and after for reference.
  14. @@Big_Mama it's so frustrating. I try not to weigh myself every day but I can't help it. I want to see those numbers move. I've decided to weigh myself on the days I go to the gym. Three times a week is plenty I think.
  15. I'm on my second stall and I'm going crazy. I've started the gym three times a week so I'm hoping that helps. I'm on soft solids but still eat mostly mushies with boiled or grilled chicken thrown in there.
  16. I'm in NYC too! I was out of work for three weeks and just about went crazy. I'm 7 weeks post op and doing well!
  17. I was sleeved December 26th and I'm doing well. Looking for a gym buddy but there's nobody who wants to go with me. I started in June of last year at 369, was 330 day of surgery and I'm down to 302 as of yesterday. Still chugging along over here with mushies and soft solids but getting board with them. Any other 12/26 sleevers?
  18. Thanks for the info! I appreciate it!
  19. Thanks! I'll have to have a look at it.
  20. Hello! I had my sleeve on December 26th so I'm six weeks out. I'm tired of eating the same old food. Anybody have any recipes they are willing to share? Or suggestions? TIA!
  21. I had mine done at NYU Langone by Dr. Schwack. He's amazing! His partners are Dr. Ren and Dr. Fielding. I highly recommend Schwack.
  22. Never trust a fart! Let's just say its a good thing I slept in a leather chair the first night I was home!
  23. I'm 3 weeks post op and I didn't have a drain or pain. Just very uncomfortable. Everyone's different. Hope you feel better soon.
