I was recently denied due to my insurance policy has WLS excluded so I'm paying out of pocket ... Any tips ????

I'm using Dr. frenzel and I believe his cash pay was around 11k but I have a hiatal hernia and insurance will pay to repair it so my part will be around 3k.
