Weight gain...

What the heck? I had gastric bypass on jan 8th and have lost 10 pounds already. When I got on the scale this morning I'd gained 2 pounds. Nothing I ate yesterday stayed in my system, I tossed my cookies each time I ate. How do you gain when you're tossing you're cookies! I don't get it.

I've stopped losing weight and even gained a pound eating no more that 700 calories a day. My nutritionist told me my body is starving and has shut down on losing weight. I have to start eating more calories in order to lose weight. Could this be your dilemma, too?

That sounds very possible as long as I can keep down the things I'm eating.

Just stick it out. Don't increase your calories that's a mistake. You can increase your protein and lower your carbs , that will break your stall
