protein2O helps me get more fluids and protein

I needed more Protein and more liquid, so this product seems to satisfy both needs. Does it taste good? No, but it is tolerable and it does not leave an after taste. The website is www.DrinkProtein2o.com. 70 calories, 2 carbs, no sugar and 15g of protein.

@@tart If you can find isopure (ready made) it has 40 grams of protein per bottle.

I bought 2 of these today. Took a SIP of the grape one. Not the best but not the worst either. I'm still going to try the isopure though I've heard good things about the taste.

I found them at my local giant.

I hate to be cheap, because logically if isopure has so much more Protein they should cost more. Unfortunately, my limited budget dictates the cheaper choice.

@@tart my husband bought me some at Kroger. They were 3 for $5! BUT, I can't seem to stand the taste post surgery :-( I had really counted on using those to get my protein and water at once. What's your favorite flavour so far? Mine was grape.

I only tried mixed berry so far. I don't really like them at all, but easier to drink them right now. Protein shakes are hard to finish and for some reason I don't like to drink them after they sit in fridge. I know most folks sip on a shake all day...... but I don't want too.
