Hi...my surgery is on 28th January..and I cant wait. Im in the UK and really need a SLEEVE BUDDIE..Where we can help and support one another..I get very confused with this site..I wish it was a bit more simple to use. Im 51yrs old Living in Hertfordshire. Any takers? We can do this!!

You must be as excited as me! Im getting things sorted like my hospital bag. I keep having this fear Im not going to lose anything..do you feel like that at all? Maybe because Ive fought for so ling to have this done..I wont believe until im changing into my theatre gown!

At times I do fear things with surgery will not be successful. When I feel this way I start looking at some of the before/ afters pics on this site, they are very inspirational. All we can do is follows Dr.'s orders and wish for the best.

I'm scheduled for January 29th too and start my liquid diet on the 15th. We are all in this together and can stick to it! Good luck to everyone

I'm scheduled for January 9 surgery. Started liquid diet yesterday. Terrible headache but today was better. Get through it. There's a pot of gold at the end of rainbow !!
