Im getting so nervous...ONLY for an Endoscopy I have to have on 19th January. As the surgeon asked why I was on omeprozole...I said heartburn as he knew already. But now wants me to have one to make sure I dont have a Hiatus Hernia...me and my big mouth! Haha...but Its always best to be truthful and honest to your Surgeon. I will be sedated but it still making my anxiety levels high..in turn Im taking more Propanolol!! I WISH they could do this while im under. Sigh...U guess I will grin and bare it for a few minutes! Anyone else had one before surgery.

Well...been for all my pre op tests today...after 6 days on milk diet ive lost 10lbs! Very happy... ive come home with my tablets to take night and morning before surgery and one injection to do myself the night before...im so focused I just want it done now

yes I know I wont regret this as in the future and when healed I resume eating hut in very small amounts as this time i be in control..the stomach will not allow me to gulp down food unswallowed . A naughty habit I pucked up when having children id have to eat quick before the baby wakes up...eat fast all the time...never giving time to enjoy or savour the taste of some foods...just gulp it down....now the children are adults...I want that control I had pre children?

wow you look AMAZING!! did you ever feel hungry? My surgery is 28th January..I cant wait...Ive never felt "full" so Im worried I wont get that. I know it sounds daft..but 30 odd years fighting with my body and failing and on a yo yo journey..i pray this will put a stop to it.

Hi there ...I see your pucs..wow..I have my sleeve surgery this month...Ive been a little pessamistic as I wanted a bypass..but surgeon has put me in fir a sleeve...was that the same for you? How was it first couple weeks after surgery?..also will you be given an option in 2yr pist op to have a bypass?
