Hey Moya,

I'm in northern WI on Lake Superior.

I am scheduled for July 17 in Rochester MN.

My Doc is from Mayo, but we are using the St. Mary's hospital.

My starting weight was 262, I lost 10 pounds and have stayed there for 5 months.

I work out 3-5 times a week, sometimes more,

and have lost about 4 inches around my waist.

Which means, I guess, more muscles.

I don't really want to be all muscle bound.

My type II diabetes has been started requiring medicine lately, Since Dec.

And I now have sleep apnea.

The scariest thing is the sleep apnea has caused atrial fibrillation

and I had heart surgery last year.

I don't want that again.

I am only 4' 11" and should be weighing 100.

So my goal is 105 - cause I am older now, don't you know.

Please let me know how you are doing.

Yes! I am having my surgery at Froedtert, hopefully end of August-early September(sending in for insurance approval this Thursday)!!
