Surgery date 02/02/2015 and need a mentor and buddies

I start my preop diet this week and need someone to help me stay on track with the shakes and stuff, I don't have anyone at home most of the time so it's housework and computer time.

Please help me!

Question of the day, does anyone know why the surgeon would stop me taking my ambien? I'm a chronic insomniac, even when I was skinny I was on meds to regulate my sleep hours. I haven't called or emailed the doc's office yet.
