Has anyone tried the new quest Baking Mix

So my local Viatmin Shoppe, just came out with the new Quest line of whey isolate Protein shake mixes but they also have this new quest preotein baking mix, you can use it to bake muffins ( not that I would) breads ( again , a no no) cakes ( yeah cake lol )and pancakes. Now I know there are a lot of pancake protein recipes out there , has anyone tried this mix? If not I may have to be the guinea pig. Thankfully I just got my 10 dollar reward from Vitamin shoppe so that will help defray the cost of trying something that is potentially horrible. but who knows.

If anyone has tried it, let me know what you think.

Thank you!

We can all do this!
