My 1 year mark

  • Popular Post

On December 23, 2014 I made the Sleeve work for me!! I have made it passed my goal weight and continuing to maintain it. It felt good to hear from the staff members that they have not seen someone lose has much as I did. Don't know if they where blowing smoke up my Butt but it felt good to hear my hard work paid off. The sleeve is our tool and how we use it is all on us. The journey continues to maintain and good luck to everyone keep up the losing!

Hi Sexy-D

Candy and snacking was never my problem, but what I've done to lose the weight was a really strict diet. For the first 6 months I had no type of carbohydrate (rice, pasta, bread and potatoes) I exercised 3 times a week for about 2 hours. I made sure i got all my proteins and water intake everyday. Everything the Dr said to do I did everything they said not to I don't. It worked for me but everyone is different. Good luck and don't give up.
