Are there any issues or concerns I should be aware of for this conversion?

I think you already know what to expect. Just remember to drink your water and get your protein in! Best of luck!

You do not know what to expect lol. Sleeved 2 years ago little to no pain rny was the 29th and wow huge difference between the two. RNY huge left side pain harder to get water down I hear this is very common with rny so just a heads up ;)

I never had the sleeve but went straight to RNY. I've not had any issues with drinking my liquids. I have some discomfort on the left side but I could handle it. Everyone is different, just keep one foot in front of the other and your eyes on success! You can do it!!!
