I am Nicey2u I am stuck in a rut!! I was sleeves on 4/23 last year.. Was 270 and am now 179-181 I have been teetering here for three months!! I seem to be ravenous all the time! Not sure why. I am eating a lot of protein.. I went off my Protein Bars and thought maybe that would help but it did not it got worse... So I started my Protein bars again. I am starting bad habits back up and I am in a panic!! I do not want to undo everything I have done up to now!! Tired a lot and not drinking enough Water I know exactly what I'm doing wrong but can't seem to get back into it. Pretty sure it's all emotional... Thought maybe if I could find someone else having the same issues I could find some moral support! Haha thanks!

@@Nicey2u You probably need to up your calories at the stage you are at. If you still have contact with your hospital nutritionist I would speak to them. I would also try cutting back on the Protein bars and increase the amount of real food you eat. Still keep it high Protein just aim for the 1000 -1200 calorie range.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
