I weigh monthly but I think I'm going to take pictures every 3 mnths. I looked at the picture I took the day I left the hospital and was surprised at the difference.

I weigh daily, but check it against the previous week once a week. I never used to weigh myself but then that's how 100 extra pounds "snuck" up on me. I would only weigh at doctor's appointments & be 5-10 pounds more then before & be like oh that's not so bad... Except it all adds up. So for me just being accountable is what I am going for.

Weigh daily and record it.

I take pictures sporadically.
