Any sleevers in Western KY, Southern IN, or Tri-State Area?

Looking for a support group or to create a support group. Give advice, feedback, trade receipes, etc. I had my surgery in October 2014. Only 2 months out. I can't afford to take off work to drive over 2 hours away and 2 hours back for support group meetings in Nashville, TN.
