Did you gain the muscle back?

I have always loved to workout and though am not a body builder, am muscular. I understand that when I loose, I will loose both muscle and fat. WHen people stall, or gain some back, do they gain muscle as well?

I have a good work out routine. I'm up to an hour of cardio and an hour of weight lifting. I have not lost muscle with my weight loss. I have gained muscle.

Get you're Protein in.

Best of luck to you'

I take testosterone shots each week which help with building muscle. If you don't get enough Protein your not going to gain muscle. You can most definitely gain muscle.

Look into Testosterone injections. It is a huge help. I found out that my Testosterone numbers dropped drastically after surgery. They upped my dose and I'm back to normal. The weight loss has slowed for me, but I'm still losing inches and my waist size continues to shrink.

I also need to up my calorie intake. Back to eating ice cream every night again. Last time I did that, I think I lost 9 lbs in a 7 day period.
