Wife's sex drive

Thanks for the info ladies since us men can't read minds and men work on different wave links as women do . and being frustrated it's really hard to put the hurt of constantly being rejected aside but this week I will try my best and change how I look at the situation

I love that you are so open to other thought processes and willing to hear other view points. Your wife is lucky to have you and I have little doubt she will come around as she progresses through this change. It took me a good 7-8 months to find security in my new body and I was a very secure person to begin with.

She will find her groove. In the meantime, be patient, loving and kind even when you don't feel like it. She will recognize it and appreciate it.

And callus cream. It's good for the hands in this dry weather. ;)

You only live once. I made it clear to my wife that I was looking for a little on the side and overnight she was back in the game. Im so tired of hearing about women complaining they dont feel good about themselves so they dont want to play. Life is just to short and there are plenty of women that want somebody to pay attention to them.

Yikes.

I know if my husband did that I'd tell him to enjoy all the sides he wants because he'll never get the main dish from me again...and the judge will divvy up the rest. IMO. Every relationship is different.

With that "side piece" attitude, he can be somebody else's problem. ????

That's awesome. I would help you pack your bags and give you a kiss on the cheek on your way out of the door.

I do appreciate you, though. Makes my husband look like a much better man than he did two minutes ago.

A little on the side does not fill the big hole that is missing . It only puts a blanket over it and you will step on it and fall into that big hole. And it will be much bigger than you expected and you will not be able to get out

But some guys are only looking for a warm hole to put their parts. Fortunately most women are too smart to put up with that bullsh*t.

Have you told her how you are feeling? I know that sounds like a no brainer, but for me I can only pass so many hints.

I do agree somewhat about not making it all about sex. My wife gets a lot out of other stuff I do that shows her I'm in love with her. Hell I got laid the other day just because I took time to listen and support her about a job change! Unexpected, but a great reward!!

Does she not think you find her attractive? Was just listening to her reply to you complementing her.

You know what always works for me? when my husband comes to me with a long, sad face and says "I need a hug!" Sometimes we are so caught up in the hustle and bustle and don't realize we're pushing the ones who love and support us most to the side. When you do get that hug, hug her with passion and let it be known that you miss her touch, as you kiss her softly on her forehead.

I hope things get better for you both. It's not easy for us, ladies, especially when our self-esteem is in the dumps. And everything that @@LipstickLady said is on-point!

GUYS ROOM.... just saying.....

I truly feel that most people don't look at what room they are posting to so I thought I would let you know. please respect the rules.

I never post in here and I knew I was breaking a rule when I did on just this one thread. That said, the most glaringly inane piece of advice came from a man. You know, "tell her you are going to go out a get a little on the side".

:faint:

Well I want these ladies to comment cause I can't get true advice from a guy who says get a little on side so if any body has an issue with ladies commenting on this thread you can leave this thread

Not sure we'll ever resolve the Women posting in the Guys room topic. I do see Rova's point because it's been an issue for a while. Mostly annoying when guys come here to talk to guys about things from a man's POV.

The point that matters most is that those posting get support. Guys are on here giving feedback..so the fellas are trying to have each other's back!!! Hell, I thought I gave some good feedback!! Lol!!!

@@supportive hubby don't wanna start a war, but if you want everyone (male and female) post in another sub-forum. I was supporting you in your implied wishes for male only responses when you posted in this guy only room.

@LipstickLady I don't agree with some of these comments either, but it was someone's advise, as requested by the OP....

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
