Wow, I love the success stories. You people rock! I'm really impressed with what you have accomplished.

My surgery was Dec 16 and I'm down 46 lbs. I'm feeling well and exercising. I've walked 2.5 miles at a time, and try to increase it every day. I feel good.

For a long time I was losing weight but not a lot of size. About 3 weeks ago in a space of a couple of days I lost a bunch of size, so that was great. (Though I wish I'd lose some in my breasts, and have not lost any there yet.)

My struggle is still to attempt to get enough Protein every day, but other than that I don't have any problems.

Mine was dec 3 and I'm down 70lbs.

Still working on the Water intake and the Protein Shakes. Still learning how to eat lol sounds funny but this is the hardest thing to do. My 3 month apt is March 7th so I'll see what they have to say. But I do wanna say congrats to everyone on your accomplishments you've come a long way and this is a great journey for us all :)

Congratulations everyone on all your success! I had surgery Dec. 10th and am only down 32 pounds. Very frustrated and saddened by this.

Remember this: Comparison is the thief of joy.

Your journey is yours and no one elses. People like me with a lot LOT of weight to lose will drop it faster. Don't compare your journey just know that you are less than you were before! You can do this! We all can!

All the food I eat which is about 2-3 once still come down very heavy. I eat we at crackers to settle my stomach, can't tolerate the liquid vitamins or Calcium and have 30 grams of powder protien with small amount of almond breeze unsweeten not sure if i am getting enough of anything at this time yet i never feel hungry all i crave is lemond Water. Any suggestions for.me.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
