Surgery went great. I checked in at 9:15. But my surgeon was running behind on his 1st surgery. Surgery was @2:15pm. Took me 4hrs to wake completely up. My family and friends were waiting for me ☺️ I was extremely loopy feeling. Everyone said I just kept mumbling. The nurse asked me if I wanted to walk. So I walked 10x's around the nurses station. I did have a lot pain after surgery. And nurses were on point with meds. NO GAS PX AT ALL! My BP was a bit high, pain/aching in my abdomen. Otherwise I'm ok. Still sleepy though. I was d/c the following day 2pm. The surgeon was laughing because I was sitting with my legs crossed Indian style lol He kept saying you look so refreshed. And no problem sipping water either. I feel so blessed of my sleeved outcome.
