Hi! Im from Ontario :) Toronto to be more specific. I had my surgery on December 2nd and had to be on optifast for 3 weeks... And the supplier only had vanilla flavoured shakes, so it was a nightmare. It was truly rough for me, I don't like milky drinks and the consistency of the shakes would make me gag and tear up every time. I was supposed to take 4 per day but sometimes only managed 3 because I hated the taste so much...but time went by and taking one day at a time helps. Just keep reminding yourself that you want your surgery to be easy and successful and that will keep you motivated. By the end of the 3 weeks I was chugging those bad boys down without thinking about it and lost 10lbs :) you can do it!!!

@@newjules I'm from Toronto Ontario and will be having my surgery on January 9th. I'M on 3 weeks of optifast too. The only flavour they had was chocolate.....I have to mix the powder with water and it's not that bad.

Yeah I know chocolate is the easiest of the two so you are lucky! Good luck with your surgery :D
