I had my one week post op visit today

  • Popular Post

I feel great, and everything was fine for the surgeon as well. I've lost 10 lbs since surgery.

Today I progressed to full liquids, basically adding cream Soups, yogurt and cottage cheese to my menus. I can not WAIT until mashed/smashed, as my nutritionist calls it.

I am so happy I did this. So far, so good. Full steam ahead!
