So I am 1 year out from bypass. Here lately I have been experiencing more and more camping pain in lower belly. To the extent of me getting into a fetal position and hoping it goes away. I can not stand straight up because it hurts. When gas comes out, it is a relief but pain comes right back.
I have not been 100% on the no sugar thing. I notice it happens on the days that I had sugar. This morning I ate a donut. By 2:00 I felt the pAin coming. Now it is 10:30 and I am hunched over in severe pain.
Is this due to sugar? Dehydration? Something else? Plus when I do have sugar, I really don't dump immediately.
