Almost a year out and slowing down with before and after pics

While I'm not losing nearly as much as I initially did, I'm still losing. However, it's hard to remember the numbers on the scale aren't going to go down as fast as they once did. Honestly, I could do more, but I'm lazy.... It's hard for me to get my butt moving. Most days I average 1200-1300 calories and I walk about 3 miles 3-4 days per week.
