How do I get all this tape off my body?

There is so much left over stickyness on my body from all of the IVs, staples, etc. I've been using soap water and a face cloth to shower but I'm so afraid of rubbing my staples (which I've done). I look like a mess!

My steri strips stayed on until my two week check up. They were then removed.

I was given several viles of "detachol". Worked great!! Here's a link so you can see what it is: http://www.hightidehealth.com/ferndale-detachol-adhesive-remover.html

Some fell off, and some I picked off (I'm terrible I could not resist. More tempting than any scab) , and the rest I used rubbing alcohol on to remove the sticky stuff.
