Bean Sprouts

Has anyone had any luck with these?

I hope so, as I just bought some seeds to grow my own. Saw a Gardening by the Yard show this morning that said bean sprouts have more vitamins/minerals than their grown counterparts. So I am hoping I can eat less, and get more.

Oh, I have been introduced to the world of sprouts. There are a million kinds out there. http://www.sproutpeople.com/ Has a "sampler" pack that I ordered last night to try out the different combonations.

I am just hoping and praying that I can eat these with no problems. They have a lot of receipes too that I think can work, like a dip and Soup.

And BTW: I love your Bushisms
