Gastric Plication Weight Loss Surgery and waist training

This might be a stupid question but I'm curious to know if anyone with plication has done waist training?

What are your thoughts/opinions?

It's pretty irrelevant. Like I said, it moves the fat around and even that is temporary. I was never hardcore about it. I've seen women who wear them all the time, day and night and still function well.

VSGAnn2014, Hilarious!! I agree, waist "training" sounds like torture. I think I'll pass.
