Yes, there is a CPT code for EVERY medical procedure. This one is 43770. For fills the CPT code is 90772. Good luck!

90772 is not the correct code, it has been used incorrectly for awhile because there was not a code for band adjustments. The correct code is S2083, which is a temporary code. The reason 90772 is not correct is that it specifies subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and the saline is not injected into either it's injected into the port.
