OK! SNACKING TOO MUCH!

I'm snacking too much and I'm so upset with myself but the only positive side if there is one is that I'm not eating bad snacks I'm eating cheese and almonds and sometimes sugar free pudding but I've started back counting my calories and logging my food hopefully this helps me get back on the right track! Sorry just had to vent for s moment but on the flip side is I've lost 70#'s in 4 months so that's great just don't wanna loose focus because I still have 70 more pounds to go!!!

0.5 gram monounsaturated fat
