Nutritionist /Cardiology

I have my one hour nutritionist appt tomorrow and my cardiology appt for clearance Tuesday. Any suggestions or tips or advice on what to expect...what to ask...?

I had an EKG, echocardiogram and a stress test. I I was prized that the psychologist asked me if I was molested as a child he said there was a high correlation between obesity and molestation. Michele.

There has been evidence to that for years, and I am a prime example. They say you gain weight as a shield, that if you are fat your molester will leave you alone. And that many people start to feel vunerable as they lose weight and become "more attractive" and it is can cause to regaining the weight or stopping your attempts to lose weight. There have been many studies about this, as well as other types of abusive households with children in them, obesity is much more prevelant.
