doing good gained back 10 lbs but working on getting it off now

it gets easier. Come holiday dinners people thik it is hard however, put on your plate 1 tlb of whatever you want andof course Protein first howver you won't be able to finish your meal. And by all means take it SLOW the fullness crepes up fast
