  1. it gets easier. Come holiday dinners people thik it is hard however, put on your plate 1 tlb of whatever you want andof course Protein first howver you won't be able to finish your meal. And by all means take it SLOW the fullness crepes up fast

  12. Nope been worried all day thank goodness I had to work lol .... good news a patient came into my lab with encouragement. Said she has the sleeve done 10 months ago and lost 110 lbs.

  25. Everything is good here blood work tomorrow and then just wait to hear what time to be at the hospital. I am a little concerned about fluid intake after surgery. I get muscle cramps at night because of dehydration and I am drinking 80 oz of water a day now. I am filled b with fluid so take a blood pressure pill with a reducer in it doesn't make sense but nothing ever does with me lol. I am up in the middle of the night right.jow writing this because of a muscle cramp so we shall see
