I found an excellent food companies for us

The company is Walden Farms and there products don't have any fat, any calories and no cholesterol.

They make dips, spreads, sauces, dressings, syrups.

Another company is Kay's Naturals for chips, cereals, Cookies. These all have 12 grams of Protein in each serving.

The products from these companies that I have tried are very enjoyable.

great to know!

I haven't been able to find a Walden Farms product that I can stand yet.

Granted I've only tried three of the BBQ sauces, Cocktail sauce and a couple of the salad dressings, but all have been terrible (at least to my tastes).

My kids did enjoy the chocolate sauce, but I opted not to try it myself, as I don't want to stir up a potential craving for sweets.

I agree with you, winning_by_losing! Every time I buy a Walden Farms product, I end up throwing it out due to nastiness. I keep thinking that I'll find a good one. After the last time, I've decided that they're just not for me. But I know tons (pun intended) of people that just love them and won't buy anything else. I just wish I liked them (Walden Farms, not the tons of people.Them I like!)

Some people love the Walden Farms, other people hate it. I've tossed most of what I have purchased over the last 18 months. I think my daughter did use the ranch dip with veggies. I also used the thousand island to make a big mac in a bowl. But otherwise most went down the drain. It comes highly recommended by lots of weight loss centers so I know it does please people.
