bariatric surgery centers of excellence

I've been reading through many posts and wondering is/was anyone's surgery done at a hospital that was certified as a bariatric surgery centers of excellence??

Im having my surgery done at a hospital with this criteria this week on the 30th.

Yes, fine that's what I keep telling myself. Everything will be fine, I am fine and I will be fine for the rest of this week and I will be fine on the day of surgery and then afterwards I'll be fine.

Hopefully soon we will be better than fine but until then fine is fine :)

I think the experience of the surgeon makes a big difference.!

For sure! I also like that bariatric surgery is their specialty not just one type in a list of general surgeries

mine was listed as that on our insurance. Just make sure they record liquid input (excluding IV) and output. Mine didn't. We thought that was odd. Would have been nice to get a little more guidance on that before we went home.
