It's been a long , but wonderful year

Today marks my 1 year since having the gastric sleeve surgery . I couldn't be happier with my progress . I'm officially down 120 lbs since surgery , 150 overall , with about 30 to go . I no longer have high blood pressure or sleep apnea and feel great .

You look absolutely stunning!!! You were beautiful before but your smile & self confidence is shining through loud & clear!!! What a great job you have done working your sleeve this past year!!! I am not far behind you!!! My one year is next week on the 18th!!! May you continue to be so blessed through out your future!!!

You look great Steeper!

Hi Steel,

You have done awesome and I can not wait to be at the place you are. I have a question regarding your sleep apnea as mine was quite dangerous and has already improved, I am 4 months post sleeve and no longer have events with my machine on. How did you know it was gone?? Did you get retested or did you just know that you could sleep without an aid? I am most excited about this prospect.

Well done.
