Diet change and your bowls

Ok, this is a grose thing to ask, but......since I had my doctors visit and I was told to reduce my calories by 30-40%, I have given up soft drinks, and fried foods, etc. I have been adding new things or trying new things all week and drinking lots of Water. I have noticed that my stools first turned green.....and than the last 3 days are like water!!!!!

IS this my bodys way of getting rid of all the garbage in it????

I wonder when I do the pre-op liquid diet, is this what it will be as well??

I didnt know if I should be taking something for the loose stools or to just let nature take its course..

I just thought I would put the question out here.

Thanks

Let nature take its course. I don't know about it 'cleaning out' anything, but it's likely your body adjusting. And when you do an all liquid diet, your poo will be liquid.
