Northern Albertan ( Canada) with Ready for a change

Had surgery Mar 26/14... enjoyed my entire support and stay at the Marriot in Tiajuana. Was wondering if there are others out there who used R4aChange and Dr.Garcia Gorvea....terrific doctor! Terrific staff! I am from Update: 12 weeks out 53lbs down...still struggling with water intake and foods...but still trial and error stage right? Hope to hear from you

I had surgery 6/24/14 w/ Dr Joya in Puerto Vallarta & had a great experience. I'm down 33 lbs so far. I did have a bleeding ulcer which happened during surgery but I had acid reflux & inflammation prior to surgery. I am in soft/puréed foods stage & struggle as well. I have issues w/ protein because I can't digest it well yet & so many things upset my stomach right now. It's a process & I'm trying to make myself eat slowly cuz that's a big learning curve for me. My energy levels are improving but I'm still healing.
