I have been swimming this weekend! What a way to cool off.

It has been very hot, so I decided to go swimming. I can't think of anything else to do that will help my Arthritis.

Sounds so great! Our pool has been decommissioned for years and we can't afford to repair/replace it. But boy do I miss it when the temperature skyrockets. It's a great place to exercise, too.

It was 108 here today. We go to the pool at the park district, it only costs $2 for adults and $1 for kids. It is pretty nice. Of course I wear my big old t-shirt over my suit. We love swimming.
