Baby Food Pouches

Hey! Did anyone use the baby food fruit, veggie or even meat pouches for the puréed foods?

Great question! I'm scheduled for a VSG on August 4th and was thinking of using them. I look forward to hearing some reviews.

Some doctors will let you use them...you need to check...many have high sugar content...but I'm sure there are some "low/no sugar" options.... my doctor advised against them, as well as the NUT...

So I'd say check with them to be sure.

I have my pre op class on the 14th. I'll ask the Nut. I thought I heard as long as there's no sugar added.

I work at a grocery store so I look at all these products all day long and analyze them.
