I'm only two days out. I am up to a little over 1/2 mile. I break this up between morning and evening. But since I am normally at work, I'm a little stir crazy. Pain meds help the soreness but make me sleepy so when I'm not walking, I'm laying down. I just sat in a chair for 30 mins. Very uncomfortable.

Lol no. I'm still home but since I'm always working, I'm having a hard time finding a reason to walk. I just want to make sure that my mile a day is enough. I don't want any clots or complications. But when I'm not working I'm just lying here. Bcuz I'm still really sore.

Awesome! What are you doing in between walking. Reading and watching TV, laying down? How are you feeling? I hv a lot of energy, except when I take pain meds at night, then it's lights out. Lol

Mosty sleeping or reading the morning are def the worst for the pain for me

Sleeved along with a hernia 5/12/14.

Down 17 lbs. since surgery.

There are good days, bad days and I wish I had never did this days.

I do great with the sipping - though it was hard getting used to it at first.

I am still uncomfortable - not in severe pain - just uncomfortable.

I walk daily and just progressed to puréed food - it's not too bad. The shakes can be a little nauseating at times - I have to have 3 a day.

Summer is coming and after struggling with my weight most of my life I am looking forward to the progress I am making.
