I anyone use Pinterest to find high protein recipes? If so, add me Mywishes85.... Would love to follow people following the same diets & to share recipes.

I actually never thought about using pinterest for that. I feel like a dumb dumb now :P I will have to give that a try. I'm so tired of eating the same old things!

I am too! I mean I'm still really limited, but as soon as I get the okay from my dr I have recipe ideas to use! But u can never have too many lol

My username on Pinterest is siblita.

I don't have much in the way of wls recipes, but I have many boards of LCHF (low carb high fat) recipes that I use - just in smaller quantities. Lots of meat/chicken/pork/fish recipes. Also have a board of crokpot meat recipes. Check it out!
