WA-Seattle, Tacoma, Kitsap or King counties

Would love to see some type of support meetings started in the Seattle or surrounding area. I do have a monthly meeting with my surgeon's office where we get about 15 to 20 people per meeting, but feel that a weekly meeting would be more helpful. Anyone in the Seattle, Tacoma, Kitsap or King counties interested?

I am in Renton, but I go to a meeting on the first Wednesday of the month and one on the third Friday of the month at UW at Roosevelt. Wednesday is for pre and post surgery and Friday is for post surgery.

When is your surgery? Mine is August 15. I start my two week pre-op diet on the 1st and I just don't know if I'm ready for this.

My surgery was April 18, 2018. I have lost approximately 27 pounds since then. I found that if I started weaning myself off of certain foods and substances such as sugar and caffeine Before I needed to, it wasn’t too bad. You can do this!
