Easter candy

Yesterday I had a candy binge!! Not sure what that was about as I've never had one in 17 months. I tracked all of it though. Today, I'm back on track!! ????

I luckily no longer seem to crave candy but it is a normal thing to have a little bauble... and then get back on track the next day - right on!

Good for you getting back on track. We all drop the ball now and then, it's human. Personally, when I do stuff like that, I throw everything in the trash afterwards so I don't keep binging (as I am likely to keep eating it until it is gone).

Isn't it amazing how you can eat only a few ounces of chicken but dozens of chocolate eggs, jelly Beans, and Peeps? ;p
